I would like to start the review by saying that my wife and I were searching for a house in one of the most competitive markets and Erika got the deal done. We had been looking for a while and even had a bad experience while in escrow (with a another Realtor) on a previous house that fell through. Needless to say, we were not the most trusting clients and had a lot of questions/concerns this time around. Erika was very patient and took the time to explain everything. She was almost always available to talk/text/email. She was on top of all the deadlines, and overall ensured we had the lowest amount of stress possible. We even were out of the country for 2 weeks of our escrow and she still made sure the process moved along without any major issues. Erika was great, funny, and will have our business for any future real-estate needs.

Erika is magnificent. I just moved cross country from the West Coast to Nashville and she was awesome start to finish. Really knows her stuff and I ended up buying a place sight-unseen on her suggestion because properties were going so quickly I didn't have time to fly out and see them before they were under contract. I live in the Bay Area and wanted to pick up a second home. Since I was not local, I needed someone that was: 1. an effective communicator 2. well organized 3. strong follow through Erika was all of the above and more!! From the time we first met to when we closed on my place, I must have changed my requirements a half dozen times. Each time Erika listened, provided insightful feedback, and made adjustments to the proposed listings. Since I lived remotely, many of these conversations took place via emails or txts, and each time Erika was very responsive. I would schedule short trips to view prospective listings and each time Erika was very flexible and accommodating with her schedule (including weekends). She even provided me with a 1 week guest pass to her gym during one of these visits! During closing, Erika pretty much handled everything that had to be done locally... including home inspection, scheduling maintenance and even picking up and mailing out my keys! Anyway, I'm thrilled with my place and I couldn't have done it so effortlessly without Erika. Erika is very easy to work with, very professional and WILL follow through.
